All our products are backed by our
365-day return policy.
We are only satisfied if you are.
You can return any product, purchased from BikeSax.com or
LockItt.com, within 365 days, providing it is new, unused
and in the exact same condition (including packaging) as
you received it from us.
We cannot accept any returned product that is used or
damaged in any way, shape or form.
Refunds
We do charge a 7% re-stocking fee + $5.00 processing fee
on any returned non-warranty item.
Shipping charges are never reimbursed unless we clearly made
the mistake and shipped you the wrong item.
The re-stocking and processing fee's are waived entirely
if you opt for a store credit or exchange (shipping charges
may apply).
Store credit is given in the form of an online
certificate/coupon which you can manage by simply logging
into your account.
If we do ship the wrong item, we will issue a prepaid
label for you to return the product. We always do our best
to set things right.
