This heated liner is identical to the full 90watt Gen 3 liner but is toned down to 65watt.
Ideal for smaller or older motorcycles with less electrical capacity.

Warm&Safe Heated Liners do not come standard with a controller. The advantage is that you can choose from several Heat-Troller models. Portable or Mounted and Single or Dual. With a single controller you have one heat zone while you have 2 separate heat zones (for instance jacket and pants) with a dual controller. All Heat-Trollers are complete with a fused battery harness and come in Coax or SAE versions. You don't need anything else to control your heated clothing.

Tri-Level Heat Controller. An ideal 3 stage low cost toggle controller designed for low amp heated liners or vest, heated gloves, socks or insoles.
All standard Heat-Troller controllers, as listed below, will of course also work.

SPCOAX or Single Portable Coax Heat-Troller is the standard option. With this single controller you can regulate the heat output of your liner and optional gloves (connected to the sleeve coax plugs). The regulator knob is on the unit and would be carried inside a pocket or stuck in or onto a tankbag.

SMCOAX or Single Mounted Coax Heat-Troller has the regulator knob permanently mounted on the bike. A hole needs to be drilled wherever you want to position the control knob.

SSMCOAX or Single Semi Mounted Coax Heat-Troller is similar to SMCOAX but the control knob has a small housing which can be attached (hook&loop or adhesive) to any spot on your bike. (if you don't want to drill a hole)

    Here are some tips to help you order the correct size. If you don't have a measuring tape, use a piece of string and hold it alongside a ruler.  (for men, if you use your t-shirt size you should be right on)

    Chest
    Lift your arms slightly and measure around your body, crossing over the fullest part of your chest.

    Waist
    Measure the outside of your clothing at the waist.

    Sleeve
    Place your hand on your hip with your arm bent at 90 degrees. Measure from the middle of the back of your neck, across the shoulder, and down your arm to the wrist.
